DUROFLEX PLUS | The elevated version of a stellar product

The 3layer conduits DUROFLEX PLUS were presented for the first time in the market in 2019 and received phenomenal acknowledgement from the wider electrical industry of Europe for the unique innovations that offers to the electrical installation.

After an already successful presence, KOUVIDIS proceeded with the upgrade of the double structured wall conduits DUROFLEX PLUS, which combine the advantages of both pliable and rigid plastic conduits and thus constitute the definite solution for cable management and protection in demanding concealed type electrical installations, such as concrete, underfloor in screed and thermal insulation walls.

The outer layer is corrugated providing the necessary flexibility, whilst the inner wall is smooth, making the cable routing much easier. A third layer of longitudinal lines, of indelible color, separates the power cables from the telecommunication cables.

DUROFLEX PLUS conduits have medium type compression (1250Nt) and impact (6J) resistance, enhanced protection against UV radiation, they are halogen free, low smoke and they have a coefficient of up to 50% lower friction.

Consistently, KOUVIDIS proceeded with the production of an integrated conduits system of rigid and corrugated pliable conduits, for cable protection, which secures a smooth internal layer along its entire length. Along with the new 3layer rigid conduit DUROSOL PLUS, the accessories (connection coupler, clip, adaptor) and junction boxes, all in black color RAL 9004, they form a special conduits system which is capable of covering multiple needs to the electrical installation.
