The resort-chain One & Only of Kerzner International is about to operate its first resort in Greece, on Kea island. This constitutes a construction of a 5* hotel and luxury villas for sale, which costs about 150 million euros. The hyper-luxury resort is one of the most significant investments in the Greek tourism sector. Due to Covid-19, One & Only Kea Resort is expected to welcome their first guests in 2022.
